Watch: Trottier on The S Files LIVE — September 30, 2026
Trottier joined Shaffer to discuss the geopolitical storylines driving the week — the Trump-Xi dynamic, Canada's position, and the broader question of whether the globalist order is making its last stand — and to bring the High Stakes Treason research to that conversation.
The book documents how former CIA Director John Brennan built a counterterrorism intelligence monopoly at the NCTC, held stock in a counterterrorism contractor whose value rose with every attack, and controlled threat intelligence that never reached the FBI — including signals on Tamerlan Tsarnaev before the Boston Marathon Bombing.
The S Files with Tony Shaffer airs live on Wednesdays at 12pm ET. Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer is a retired U.S. Army intelligence officer and former senior fellow at the London Center for Policy Research.
The complete evidence is in High Stakes Treason — 430 pages of documented analysis.
